http://ping.fm/175vA How many of us are facing this situation? Well I can tell you this, up until a year ago I was and worried every day! What will I do? There is no savings, living day to day, getting older and still nothing to show. I also faced a problem that many self employed people do. I worked for myself for so many years that I very little Social security money invested, so I would not have even enough money to live . The next step for me was to do what I have been blogging about all along. I woke up and said, Dale, its a new day lets see what you can do with it! I decided then that the glass had to be half ful and not empty because it was the only way to face the day. I made something out of nothing and today I do have a savings and not so worried about retirement , even though I will probably never retire. This is too much fun. I enjoy making money. This article does give some great examples of how to live well after retirement. Especially consider the sharing a house with another retired couple, it sure beats a retirement home and makes your money go twice as far! Enjoy your day and keep thinking of the next big thing.
