The 10 mos drunkest countries. :) Take a look maybe there is a reason we are ahead of the game here in USA , but we still have tpo work on the Unemployment problem. The way our budget is going it might not matter soon, ha! Maybe the boys and girls in DC have visited some of these countries too often.
